Some of those countries are off the vacation thing as they are more like visiting rather than having vacations...

Most are off the vacation list. Greece, Australia, India, Japan not mentioned as holiday destinations. Meanwhile Pakistan and North Korea and Greenland mentioned (Idk much about Greenland but I do know it's kind of empty. Is there really anything to see there except snow, igloos and Eskimos?)
