No, you do that, then You have to update the whole map and many bugs with it then. Alot of people won't like that.

Just make a map

Remove Cagliari add Venice

also give italy more (at least the same) reinf as spain

Ancona would be better than Venice imo

Well, it's a good spot to attack balkans
Also Ancona is more far than Naples
