+1 Marine Capacity for Helicopters with Desert Storm

What if you decreased marine range to balance it out so that they won't have ridiculous reach?

If you decrease range, you increment attack

I think it would be a good idea

It would be pretty cool to send squads of marines on heli's

Would it be a good idea to let helicopters carry 3-4 marines on 1 helicopter but instead subs cant carry marines in the DS strategy

Or how bout just make it +1 capacity but allow it to carry both Marines and Militia while removing the ability for submarines to carry marines.

if you remove the submarines cap you ruin the strategy.

As long as the +1 capacity is only for DS strategy.

The reasonsoning behind me thinking DS needs the +1 on chopters, is because otherwise it is a hassle going over water, and results in buying something that doesnt really fit this strategy, imo.. Air transports are expensive ((and every time I play this strategy, i am running low on cash as is, because chopters eat it)), sea transports seem like a waste, because I would normally only send 3-4 marines on them((which leaves 9-8 unused slots on something that doesnt really fit this strategy in the first place)), I do currently use subs to transport marines over water((because my marine count is low while using DS)), but it feels like wasted economy with this strategy because this isnt MoS this is DS, chopters should be able to carry at least +1 marines..

Did they ever add this?

Not yet that I know of. They are going to though.

DS strong enough, trust me.

I say that it quite well needs this, as of course, a lot of the time you just plain get smacked in the face by other strats for using it. If this is not implemented, DS is just not worth the risk of having it being beaten by someone picking Sky Menace, which is, of course, extremely popular. I support this 100%

Will be cool if helicopters can transport marines that will make game more real

We are like three DS players out there and you are the only one who keeps claiming it is 'strong enough'.

I support this,will make DS balanced enough and not just spam helicopters and shit,will be more strategy and realism : ).

Seems like a good idea, though only 1 capacity seems low, but then if you had more, it'd actually be a little OP.


Overall, 1 capacity sounds great.
