The good thing about ds is that even if you're a brainlet you can still reach 1600 elo ez
anyways 1 tip is rush the places with crazy income like benelux

Despite DS being incredibly op at random, it has an extreme weakness that leaves it vulnerable to turk turn 1. So imp turkey always wins against DS ukr without the need of an expansion rush. GW and GC are better, use those

There is nothing wrong with going ds. it is part of the aw gameplay and unlike imp,pd and gw, ds it isn't a widely used strat. Works only for italy poland and ukr. It isn't overpowered because it has plenty of counters I will list here :

- stealing their income
1) imp rush moscow
2) blitz rush moscow and belarus
3) take france t2 and then benelux t3

- raw strength
0) always wf gomel with a bomber to prevent ukr from bigwalling [you still respect kiev for 1 turn]. well according to WD, this is absolutely legit if one of the units that forms the big wall is in belarus

1) t3 pd rush on kiev with 100+
2) stack romania with 30-40 units t1 and put the rest in greece or half greece/half serbia, then rush kiev turn 3
3) tb and crush their heli stacks for the whole game with infs and tanks to prevent them from expanding [doesn't work if u are unlucky]
4) rush austria and hungary t1


having said that, ds is clearly not op. Nobody should feel ashamed for picking ds, actually I think it is the best strategy for beginners. it is powerful and very easy to play. GC has less weaknesses than ds but it is harder to play. i usually play that when i am serious

so just because some noobs like boywind cannot beat ds means picking ds should be frowned upon? xaxaxaxaxaxa gtfo

No no and no blitz rush doesnt work T3 rush too cuz bigwall Moscow rush if u get rushed in Moscow and he still overexpand gG take France t2 and bene T3 can work if u tb him in west

It is impossible to make a working big wall with all wall units in ukraine. If someone bigwalls like that and you don't wf gomel turn 1 then you can place a bomber wf turn 2 right between 2 of the walling units above gomel. The triangle wall will fail on the next turn [because you are trying to keep it in ukr]

you cannot make a kiev big wall, deal with it. but if you do the wall anyway and it gets wfed it should be respected for at least 1 turn.

I agree with noob wd, such a big wall unwallfucked gives too much advantage for ukr [especially ds ukr] making it way too overpowered than it already is.

I don't think u get how broken ukr big walls are. Someone that has memorized 4 or 5 turns with LB or GC ukr like Brutal Slayer can shit on you without improvisation or skill only cause there is no open attack to their cap for 2 turns. So you get beaten by someone who only memorized a few turns

Agreed. Have someone else play ds against me. they will crumble eventually. People that spam truly broken and overpowered GW have better win rate against me. You use an expansion as broken as this one


and beat any DS player. probably works for gw too
