Did you not read my equation on how territory is given? ASSA has so little from the fact they either have little to no players or have little to know Cln war wins.

Could you actually mark which state is which on the map?

Also, a bunch of coalition are still missing, even key ones like Empire SRB and ULAP (which is probably going to turn out tiny).
