I've read a few topics in the forum, but I still have some questions.
I also read this guide, but I didn't find what I was looking for https://atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=16145

Content question "CityToCity"

Player A has army (gen, 100 Infantry, 200 Tanks, 40 Marines, 10 Militia = 350 units) in city X
Player B has army (gen, 30 Infantry, 400 Tanks, 15 Marines, 5 Militia =450 units ) in city Z
Cities X and Z are very close ( 3 range)
a) Players want to attack each other, nobody wants to defend. What can player A do to maximize his chances of attacking?
b) Player A wants to run away, he doesn't want to attack or defend. What he should do? There is city Y some distance away, out of reach of player B. Should player A retreat to the city Y or to the "field", does it matter? Should he retreat with only half of the army ?

Content question "FieldToField"

Player A army outside the city within range of the enemy
Player B army outside the city within range of the enemy

Player A wants to run away, player B wants to attack him. What should player A do to escape?
Should i attack his stack then leave some units and run away?

*Other questions*

1. Does leaving units when retreating work?
2. If 1 = true, how many units must be left behind?
3. What is the math formula for tb? Is it (1 or 0) x ( (stack 1)/ (stack 2) )x 2 ? Answered
4. Some players attack me with different types of troops to block me. Example: "Enemy atacks my stack with 1 inf, 1 tank, 1 milit". Does the quality of the units matter or the quantity? Answered
5. Does building units in the city count as a move if so, does it take 10 moves to build 10 units in one city or just one move?

First, when attacking a stack that's moving, any of the following could happen:

1) it could move out of range, preventing the attack
2) it could move within range and the attack proceeds

Second, if the attack proceeds, you are now "turnblocked" unless you can escape from it:

1) If defender has 3 or fewer units, they can't escape. They are turnblocked.
2) If attacker has at least 50% the units the defender has, they can't escape. They are turnblocked.
3) Otherwise, there is a % chance the defender *might* escape.

Here is the turnblock formula
(AttackerArmyCount / DefenderArmyCount) * 2

Unit types have no change on turnblocks they all act the same way.

Building units in a city does count as a move.

Move priority is completely random it can go like this
Player 5 - Move 1
Player 5 - Move 2
Player 5 - Move 3
Player 4 - Move 1
Player 2 - Move 1
Player 3 - Move 1
Player 4 - Move 2
Player 6 - Move 1
Player 1 - Move 1
Player 1 - Move 2
Player 6 - Move 2
Player 2 - Move 2
Player 6 - Move 3
Player 3 - Move 2
Player 1 - Move 3
Player 4 - Move 3
Player 2 - Move 3
Player 3 - Move 3
