What is the best all around game strategy? I tend to use Naval Commander, Stealth, or Relentless attack. Just want an idea of what some of the better players find as a good strategy. I tend to take South East China, Nigeria, US Pacific, but mostly Brazil South East. I would also love some picking strategy, thanks.

PD (Perfect Defense) is always good for cheap, strong infantry. The drawback, however, is that if you're playing on a world map, it can be difficult to out expand enemies as you have no range bonus with it. NC (Naval Commander) as you said, is good for you can transverse the seas quicker. RA (Relentless Attack) also gives your tanks a huge boost and can work well with fast, high attack units at a relatively cheap price if you expand quickly. Stealth strategies can work successfully if you have the patience to wait many turns, and the means to produce a lot of marines and subs.

For world games defensive strategies are not effective, in my opinion, relentles attack and blitz are the best.

There is no best all around strategy since every game is different, you need to asses yourself and your position before you pick a strategy, but havok is right, for high starting funds world games you are better off using offensive or MoS strategies typically.
