4nic leaving his own duels when he doesnt get 1st pick

4nic makes duel i join i get 1st pick he waits to see what i pick and as soon as i pick ukr he leaves his own duel. I ask him why he left he said he dced and then i asked to make again and give me 1st pick since I had 1st pick but he didnt give me 1st pick ofc. So there is no rule to restrict such thing and everybody is allowed to remake their duel until they get 1st pick? I mean being scared to play someones ukr shouldnt allow you to do such thing... There should be a rule that restricts this.

On my duels, when he gets first pick, he either leaves mine or picks east. :/
