Rank 10 Guy Showing Rank 0

I played a game with this guy and he disconnected in middle of the game during this time I capped him and he lost the game but when he reconnected he blame me for his disconnection so I added him in my enemy list but when I mouse over his name it's showing upper image it's only showed from that list because when I mouse over his /pr message it showed his real rank 10.

you got him your enamy list when you been with him in the game thats why
just reload at war and will be fine

Wrong reason. You have a terrible network and the game takes awhile to load player data. Rushing it breaking the rep/ friend/ enemy and ignore button.
