No more buying individual packages?

I noticed we can't buy individual packages anymore, and has been like that for a long while. Why? I also noticed the price of premium has shot up for the "Lifetime" option.

When the website was updated to html 5 in April of this year, individual packages were removed.

The individual packages and cheaper lifetime premium were only available during the promotion, which lasted a very long time, now that its over individual packages are removed and lifetime premium returned to its normal price.

Should have gotten it when was 19.99!
