Disconnected each 10-15min

Hello,

Im Premium, and i pay for a game no stable.

I've been disconnected each 10-15min of the games I play. Usually on mid/late game. Making me annoyed for spending all that time to be disconnected later without being able to re-log.

Someone can help me?

Something similar happens to me, no idea why.
Other internet connections work, even World of Tanks, but the connection drops.

I've cleared out the Silverlight settings, uninstalled and re-installed silverlight, no luck.
I'm in the USA so, I've wondered if it is a connection issue with Europe, but I've spoken with Aussies, and other people in North America and South America - they don't experience the same problem.

Of course everyone gets disconnected during the server crashes, but I think you and I have a different problem.
My disconnection happens differently; sometimes about 2 hours of everything fine, then 2-3 times in the same 20 minutes.

Weird and sucks - because I play way fewer games than I did a month ago.

Yeah, devs need to take a deep look at this problem.

Im in china,

sometime, i disconnect and i cant be relog, and need use vpn to relog,
sometime, its work without vpn...
sometime, need wait 10min.....
i dont understand what happen.

No one can help me?
