Inf in neutral countries.

Lets say you want to start a game(world,europe,asia,etc)and you have like 6+ ppl in it and someone trolls or just picks and decides to leave after his pick.The problem here is that if that country didnt already have inf it gets now becaus someone picked it even if he left,then or you will remake or you will destroy someone's expansion.My suggestion here is simple.
When someone picked and then left the country he picked should stay wit the same unts it had at the beggining.

Yes.... i've noticed lately this is being done intentionally to disrupt expansion... didn't used to be much more than an occasional problem.

I really don't care if I have to deal with infantry and what not left behind by a player leaving the game, it's the frappin' leaving the game in first place that really bugs me. And truly I wouldn't even care that much if they would at least surrender or abandon the game instead of the now constant timing out that seems to have become norm for so many players. That I feel is the real issue here, not having to fight infantry instead of militia.
