Why can't you buy the premium features in sections any more?

I was looking at the premium features a while ago and saw that you could buy them separately, which I thought was very good as I didn't want things like the map maker. However being a student I didn't have enough spare money to buy any of them. I can now afford the ones I wanted but it now only shows the full package. What happened to the broken up system? That was a great idea.
