Staff Inutility

The atWar staff needs a re-structuring, now.

We all know the issues atWar is facing, as we all hear about them constantly. This, however, is not a reason for disrupting the global chat, when people are trying to legitimately use it to advertise games.
NorthernPeick (and other players) went on a tirade abusing and shitposting on global for more than an hour, and - surprise surprise - there was no administrator to stop him.
The moderators we have seem to be inactive and simply not caring, some log in to stay for some minutes and then leave, others stay for hours but are always afk.
Needless to say, I have lost count how many times somebody was breaking rules and there was nobody to stop him.

Is the game so abandoned that you can't even form a competent moderating team?

If you can't speed up the updates, maybe you can fix something more simple. The incompetent staff.
This shouldn't even be a problem, I'm sure there are many competent players who would be willing to serve as staff for atWar. A well maintained game should not be lacking online staff at any time of the day, nor should have staff that is constantly afk.

Meh all mods seem to be good at is deleting topics in which ppl express their complains.

Northenpeick is leader of the atWar Communist Party and attempted a Communist take over in the lobby room. He and his communist friends reigned terror for about 20 minutes until Sun Tzu realised what was going on and then proceeded to mute Northenpeick on all channels and other Communist terrorists.

Would they attempt another Communist take over? Who knows. The Communist party is pretty weak with their leader muted and their higher ranked staff banned.

I wouldnt allow anyone under r10 to be mod first of all, i think we should vote for future mods, and Sun Tze can give few proposals, i would support u for mod

The best mod is under r10, for example..tact and columna..worst mod are r10 and above.the lower the rank the vetter mod is..i will be the first r6 mod in this game..im.sure people will like me and will vote for me. Hehehe

I just went on a banning and muting spree to clear up some trouble makers.

We've been considering adding a new batch of moderators for awile now, but just can't find anyone active and competent enough to take up the role. Players have always been able to suggest others(or themselves if you value yourself so greatly) for as long as I can remember but we rarely if ever get any suggestions.

Just want to add moderators will never be selected to a role based on a "community vote" this is not a popularity contest.

I dont care is he banned or not, r10 means u re long on game, and knows majority of problems, can spot hackers, etc, it just means that u re mature, not that u re great player or mod, or good person, and that u re active at least

The number of mods and administrators that visited this topic is flattering.
I hope this will change something, and not be just one more complaint post in the vast sea of random crap that is General Discussion.
I love this community and I hate to see it heading this way.
