Does anyone else get the 0 unit bug?

I've encountered this bug as long as I can remember when I do expansions in game. When I cancel a move sometimes the 0 unit appears. It can also happen when I am trying to zoombug extra range but the stack goes into a previous position of the AT instead of the current position, once cancelling the movement of the stack the 0 bug will appear. This kinda stinks and ruins expansions and has cost me at least 30 ELO when it has failed my rushes. Is it just my browser or have other people encountered this?
(not a bug report, just wondering)

The only time I ever seen this was a screenshot xBugs sent me when he was 0.0

If i accidentally drag a unit immediately as the next turn is starting sometimes I will get a weird display bug similar to this. Just refresh.
