Cheating or Not? [continued]

For the record, the nuke is not a rare unit, but a 0 cost unit that can be recruited in USA only.
Rare units do not appear in the unit roster.

Well.... it is cheating specially in case no other player knows its existance. Anyway, it's still no good.

but you got it wrong too. in 50k world custom map, you can build nukes to alot of places around the globe,not just USA

No. If this was a duel and he gave him self such advantages then ok but this is just an eddited world map right
