Set historic scenarios...ww1, ww2, etc

We're working on scenarios. Unfortunately, only scenarios that don't need any map alteration would be possible.

I think we would still take WW 2 with current borders, you could do a few things

Permanent allies (axis side and allies side)
Different resource allocation (germany has a lot)
Only map alteration is which countries are included, not changes to borders
Different units? (no stealth, etc)

That will require a lot of balancing, since the allies side seems to have much bigger countries Once we have time for it, we'll try to create some kind of scenario builder perhaps, to allow players to create their own scenarios.

BUMP! This is needed for this type of game.
