 - The Home Page - Read History While it Lasts Recent Announcements: All about the ATN... This is atWar Times Network, the official news network of atWar working to entertain our community. The ATN was formed the 19th of November 2012, when also the first Clan war report was published. ATN is a combination of the old two news networks, namely; LDK's Afterwind Times (AT) and Mathdino's Afterwind News Network (ANN). Recently, there's been issues within the crew and lack of interest but reform orchestrated by ATN's new President, Madara, will work to bring back the tradition back with an article every week for our community. In any case, we won't stop writing articles, so stay tuned! We are a couple of regular players of atWar. Our only difference is that we are passionate about recording and sharing interesting and historical events. We are here to report you the most interesting events happening in atWar itself. We report on pretty much everything, whether it be coalition wars, 'politics' or the history of atWar. Basically everything that goes on around our community. In particular, we are looking for CW reporters, a monthly astrologer, and an older (pre Autumn 2011) user to help out with the history department. Greetings atWar, LDK contacted me about a week ago and it seems he's still thinking about atWar. He told about how he was worried about ATN and he believes ATN has been a great contribution to atWar's community and keeping everyone interested in the game. He believes without it, atWar will eventually die. Now, I don't agree with the last statement however, I do believe that indeed ATN is something atWar really SHOULD have. ATN encouraged me to keep engaged in the forum and it somewhat startled me it's affect on the community. ATN was a luxury that I really enjoyed producing for the community. This is where I agree with what LDK is exclaiming and that it is of great importance to keep this 'tradition', if you will, strong and lively.  LDK has entrusted me to revive what he started. It it now in my great interest to do just that. With the community's support. Under my leadership, I hope to restore our weekly supply of top quality articles and reports! I do plan on recruiting more writers on our team but real literary skills are a must. I don't want to be a dictator and I want to lead how all of you see is fit. I've come to restore what I've been entrusted with, not dictate. Thank you everyone and I look forward to entertaining you! Glad to be your new President. Cheers!
