Kill him? You think US is not trying hard enough already? It's been 7 years, yet he still lives. Because Russia strong. If they try to bomb it like Libya, Russia will simply send them S-400 like to Iran, if they try land invasion, Russia will send weapons + Iran will send troops. There is no way for USA to win without large casualties, and USA can't afford them without triggering unrest at home (like during Vietnam War).

Also, who you think created refugees in the first place? Assad? No sweet summer child, it was US funded rebels/terrorists who started the war.
