1v1 Low Rank Tournament

Hello gentlemen. This is a Byzantia sponsored tournament, where best players will be chosen to join our new coalition Tenis Academy - and if you have enough potential you can even skip TA (:

This is supposed to be a quick tournament, so registrations close on April 16th and each round will last 4 days. Screenshots must be posted to prove you won or that your opponent cheated.

Map: Europe+
Max Players: 2
Starting money: 10k
100+ cities optional
1 initial country
No wallfucking, rushing or turnblocking first turn (penalty is instant loss)
