Self supplement experimentation #1

For the first 5 months i've been taking 5 scoops and went against the recommended "2 heaping scoops"

i noticed my front right hairline receding (i stopped taking 5 scoops after that because i got scared)



also, the strength gains were very slight

moreover, when i went on creatine the size was the same as well

i hypothesized that the increase in energy would increase testostrone and give me more libido



but my libido has been the same as well

i've heard of some people snorting creatine and they say that it gives a boost as well

i recommend getting universal creatine if u are wanting to creatine



it is very cheap compared to other brands and very high quality

i want to buy a certain german creatine that my friend has recommended but he has not texted me the name of the brand



however, i think it is a placibo

i am now experimenting with the pre workout "muscle tech anarchy ice rocket flavor" i will document my findings if i find any findings
