Although since you say same IQ I guess france will be smart enough to go and ruin Germany's expansion but in 50k you can never know what your opponent will do since there are so many stuff he can do.

France is verry, but verry flexible in countering germany, even with germany having balkans etc. Believe me a good france with a strong strategy and good western reinforcements, can easily break through balkans deffencelinies and attack germany from west from south and from north at the same time .

yes, it is more flexible, but germany has the advantage, it needs to be countered. nonetheless, france can still win, thats why france has a 35% chance imo

Tbh indeed it does matter but who goes IF in world lol.Most players go RA or Blitz and just make ats.

Tbh 35% is low. Its pretty balanced in my opinion so a 50/50 would be more realistic, in my opinion once again.

In 50k germany would definitely have the advantage. 60:40 id say
