Dont allow end turn in 1v1 games when opponent is dced

What am i supposed to write here?

And how is for the system to know if your opponent dcs? (btw, np, it's always ok to have many suggestions, but you can see the current situation,idk if the admins can implement half of all the valid suggestions)..

the system automatically sends a message.
it can detect if there're two players...and prevent end turn until the opponent timeouts.

P.S. I'd like to suggest a host setting turn timeout too. Something like more than 3 turns but no max.
