Starting fund issue

Can you add option 300000 as starting fund? It would be interesting scenario. If possible just let us adjust the amount of starting fund. Thanks

There's that nifty colonial map with 50k income per country and 50k starting money and especially the british empire has 100k income a turn india itself has 30k income go play it if you wish
maybe to mention units cost 50-150

I think you can set your own cash for scenarios and maps.
