Turn 1 Wallblocking(some say wf)

I recently witnessed a CW between Bums and TC. Madara has a surprise expansion as turk where he likes to cap Belarus.In this CW the result of this was ukraine could not complete his wall first turn due to the presence of the AT near to Kiev. Richtofen promptly left the game resulting in absolte chaos. This has led me to the question, do the rules need revising? and What exactly are the rules concerning wallblocking(wf) on turn 1 ?

In Madara's tournaments the rules specifically state that the opposition player cannot enter the opposing player's territory, so that is explicit for his tournaments. In this CW his expansion would be a clear violation of this rule. However I believe Madara to be an honest player and he stated he would not have attacked. So again another question, do we leave it up to the honour of the various player that indeed if such a violation occurs; we presume accidentally; the game simply continues without the player being attacked? Or it is simply forbidden to enter enemy territory? Strictly forbidding players from enemy territory on turn 1 seems like the clearest way of solving any such issues ,So in this instance Madara would simple have to rework is expansion. I think the competitive players should have their say, after all they are the ones who compete! This was indeed a CW , the pride and joy of atwar.

N.B I believe option 1: depending on players' honour open up a 'can of worms' .What happens on turn two? can he now wall on turn two, or should he now be wallblocked(wf), after all many walls are broken on turn 2 anyway. This become confusing.

Madara act bad like dirty his fault he have wf cap like 10 time now to cws

The exact same thing happened again, once it can be a coincidence, not twice. I think he knew exactly what he was doing .....

I'm pretty sure it wasn't intentional. Richthofen got a free win for them, it's that guy's fault and no one else's. I wasn't there but if what you said is true, then yeah. Probably the rest of the clan *cough* hi juger *cough* will assume Madara is a cheater, I don't know.

The funny was he stayed there 10 turn and turn 3 or 4 attacked austria lol.The zekrom you was there like a pro left i clap him fo doing this.And remember madara is he who say to his turnaments no wallfuq no entering to enemy land turn 1.

so this cw should be tied or carried on, and if bums would have lost, the only person to be blamed about ir would be richtofen for leaving the game before players have come to a decision

From what i know, accidentally wallfuck on 1st turn is not a problem, player cant attack that city but will attack the wallfucked wall like he should and the game continue normally.

But if for that expansion to work any unit has to remain in oponents home country then it is illegal.Just my opinion.

by leaving the game you just proved how unexperient and skilless player you are, you have absulutelly no reason for ragequiting on a serious game like a cw ...good players wouldnt ragequit because of a dirty move,they would actually fight him back and try to beat him under those circumstancies. being wallfucked on the first turn, dont mean you will lose the game, but as you just showed everyone, for you it means...

No I wont :/ I'll be like "LOL Wtf. What did you do? Don't attack next turn". Quitting turn 2 IN A CW is pretty dumb.

I have to agree with Lord Pontez throughout this thread. Also Madara is a completely honest and sensible person, I'm sure he didn't mean anything by it and only used the Air Transport to attack Belarus. I have seen many other players use this tactic and they don't attack Kiev turn 2 either. Richtofen shouldn't of left, he should of took Madara's word for it and then had he actually attacked Kiev, it would of been okay to leave turn 2.

Only thing that surprises me here is the fact Madara knows fully well about not putting units in enemy homeland territory. Like the rule he mentioned in his tournaments, however like I mentioned above I'm sure he didn't mean anything by it and was simply his expansion to take Belarus.

Silly child, he wasn't playing dirty at all. He was expanding to take Belarus, we all know Madara well he's not the type to wf and take the cap the turn after.

Want to know what I really think? I think Richtofen knew he wasn't going to win the cw anyway and was looking for a cheap excuse to leave the game early. No other sensible player would of left. I think everyone else will agree with me on this one too.

No no no, it is nothing like that lmfao, now you're just exaggerating everything. I think the place he put the AT was the only place where he could launch his Infs from to take Belarus. Place that AT anywhere else and he would of range failed.

To be honest, if you think about it Madara's expansion could of costed him early because he overspent his first turn. This proves Rich had every chance of winning that battle against Madara, if he had continued playing.
