Clan War League [Proposal]

After talking to many players about the lack of structure in the CW system, the idea for an official atWar league is being considered.
The proposal is for X amount of teams to play each other twice with a sports style league system to determine the season winner. Under consideration:

• All games must be 3v3 euro 10k - standard cw settings
• 3 Points for a win - 1 point for a tie
• Will run separate from the present clan war system
• Each clan must play each other clan twice -taking turns to host (host clans always pick first)
• Games to be played in the main lobby

We obviously don't want OP teams farming the league so we are considering that each clan must have at least one player below rank 7 playing, or any one player can only play in 50% of games - feedback would be welcome in terms of any ideas.

Another idea is to have individual prizes for most income, most cities taken highest population casualties etc. during a particular season. Again feedback is welcome here.
