It was a time that this happen.
Reason : AW has become unplayable.
The game is under 10% potential, because it got abandoned and has nothing new or good. Html version still looks very ugly, even if we got used to it.
Competitive scene died. Proof for that is my friend eagle won east tour. D
So many players quit or stopped playing this game.
Because no upgrades, Bhutan server, bugs (so, so many bugs).
Who can explain why this game, which most of us still love and think it has a lot of potential, turns into this.
Graphic, server, and motivation are on such a low level for 2017.
We (every player who signs here, he have to post and apply to join in strike group) demand improvements, and we demand them soon.
The current state is not acceptable for us.
So we will not play this game again until all our wishes are met.
List of our wishes :
1.Fix server so we can play like humans.
2.Release map editor already.
Admins promised that gonna be done 2 years ago. We can't wait anymore.
3.Demote inactive and useless mods.
4.Implement two new strategies. Even if they suck, we just need something new. We can make a topic with suggestions for new strats.
5.Fix codes. It is so easy to exploit some of bugs.
Everyone who supports this, post here to join group of strikers.
Only thing you have to do is not to play games. Chat in game, insulting other players while they play is allowed. Forum posting is fine too.
But if you play even a single turn since strike is on, you will become betrayer, an admin spy, and someone who is happy with currently state.
Players which also stopped to play because of some of those reasons are welcome to join too.

Because Sphinx is an mouth breathing idiot, who uses some weird ghetto-slang-whatever-it's called thing and his post smelled worse than chicken poo. I came here to try and hold constructive conversation with players, not for the badmouthing. I will not tolerate abuse against myself, why would I? And I have all he tools to use against it. I am happy to continue conversation if it's being held in a civilised manner, thank you.

We can all sit and point fingers at those who we believe are to blame but we all also know that they won't do anything more than they are already doing. Let's be real here, who here is expererienced enough to actually do something that will have a good and satisfying result, one or two?Whatever they fix the rest will "sabotaze" it. The best thing we can do is wait for someone from here to buy it.Why? Because no one else from the "outside" will know how to handle this game and if it is worth the money they are asking. It's obvious they have left this game to die since they can't or don't want (doesn't matter) to help it so just wait for a buyer, hopefully for me that could be two names that I won't say because they might not like that. Anyway what I'm trying to say is that you shouldn't sweat about them, they just don't care anymore, no matter what they say or claim to be true.You are doing right suggesting stuff like getting a programmer from here or anything similar but really don't go crazy.

Sign me up for strike , its not like i can even play ... tried for 3-5 days to play a single cw , get error messages all the time and turns wont go through. Cw is the only thing i played too , so now that that gets ruined there's no point really anymore to even log on. Sorry Amok but that is reality for me i hope you can comprehend it.

I took precautions and print screened the whole of sphinx deleted post because im smart like that and knew what was coming. Selling it for 7 bucks (pay first through paypal) or membership to any decent foot fetish site. Use pm.

I am in. While I haven't been playing on atwar much in the past several years, I have been around and watching every couple weeks and it is clear that Amok does not wish to communicate professionally with people nor does he actually want to fix anything. As someone who loves making maps and working on them at a slow rate, I am frustrated that I cannot do anything because of the lack of commitment from Amok.

Ok listen, this is my opinion, this is immature, impractical, and is killing AtWar, care to take a look at the main games area? 30 people in it. 30!!!! Your so called "strike" is what the ddoser wants, to bring AtWar down, lol we haven't had a map editor in years and NOW you start protesting, why now? because of the ddosing??? So getting the Map Editor, probably will take a month or two, if Amok really starts working hard on it, Sooo you gonna keep the strike going for that long? For those people saying I bought premuim, I deserve editor, stfu, you had a couple of years to actually get something done about it ( i know amok hasnt gotten programmers which isnt smart) but you had multiple years to do something like boycott premuim, but you lost your chance. So if we even get the Map Editor, what about the Ddoser, tell me you have a plan for that, you should, I agree with a few of your points, we should demote old mods that haven't been on for years, also the codes should be fixed, btw the server is fine, someones Ddosing it, by fine i mean in playable condition. BUT, the biggest problem I have with this, is the boycott on the games, if it takes awhile to get these things, people will get bored and completely quit atwar, im fine with boycotting the Premuim and Protocoins so Amok wont get money, but leave the games out of it. That right there is why i wont join the strike. The games don't give Amok money the Premuim does. Im prepared to get lashback because of this because most people cant have grown up conversations, but consider this, what you are doing is dividing AtWar, we don't need that. I love AtWar, when i found it i fell in love with it, but this isn't right. I respect high ranks, including Mauzer, but the reason I wont join the strike is because of the games.
