In my opinion players should have the power to send protocoins from his own account to another players account..for help or gift pcs etc..
bt the amount must b 100+ pcs and rank6+ player coz many ppls might send pcs frm thr alt (every beginners get 50 pcs at start)

thrz many people in AW who r frm very poor country...thy cant evn afford the premium stuff and tbh international payment system is not gud at many poor countries..
its the best way to help thm imo

Suggestion: The amount can be whatever. There is no rank limit. Rather, the member sending Protocoins must have had a registered account for 31 days, and, Protocoins expire after 30 days.

Alternate Suggestion: The Protocoins given at registration cannot be transfered, and and are only usable by the player who is given them. They do not stack, but appear to be the same as all other Protocoins when viewed by the user.

Fine with this idea as well.

I think that the idea in the OP is good, but, if Amok [Amok's the one who does website coding, right? I might be wrong, though.] would be willing to code my idea, it might be less of a hassle for new players.
