Rank 14 and 15

Hey Ivan, are you planning on ever putting an SP require meant for r14, and r15? I believe it is a very reasonable question.
Ik that there are only 6 r13 atm, but they should have a goal to reach for the next rank.

Ranking 13 at 1.300.000 SP was wrong. Should have been 1.400.000 or 1.450.000
Ranking 14 could be at 1.900.000
