Is there enough ranks 7 for a tourney to see who is number 1 rank 7

I think if you did manage to make a tourney for r7 It would end up being pretty small because I don't believe you would get enough participants from a single rank. Maybe a tourney for "mid-ranks" of say about ranks 6 - 8/9 might be a better idea.

No much r7 here and you need 16 atleast
