Can someone explain this little thing to me?

When i tried to revive some topics that i thought they should be seen i wrote 1 te bump! To each one of them.E mare didnt approve because they were poitless also you cant write 3 times bump if i understood correctly.Anyway there was nowhere such a rule and i complained about how should i know it(in pm) since its not written in the rules...and he said thag i should have checked other mods posts.Also i got muted for 2 days.
After thatin off topic(where they supposed to not have any mod power!!!)i wrote bump with smth that had a point in the topic but noooooo earr thought again that it was wrong and he deleted my posts again like he did first time.This also happened in ideas and suggestions where i wrote bump!with a really pointing post in an important topic but e mare fucking locked it...
All these times instead of doing this i pred him nad pmed him and lao knowshoe he treated me when i pred him...
With e mare had previous but the past days i got furious.He insults me and calling it "sarcasm",he locks my topics,he deletes my posts and more.
Ending i have seen several ppl just saying bump or anything and not getting punished...........and that lead me here.
E mare lead hdrakon out of this game and he will make me put of forums if he continues.write whatever you want fast cause this will be locked(guess from who) .

You broke the rules. He implemented a punish for that. Your answer is to break the rules of forum etiquette again. In doing so any points you have (if any) are overlooked since you still don't understand the initial rule break.

You cannot argue abuse and misuse if you are doing this yourself.

I was muted for 2 days on forum some time ago,after i told e mare there is no reason to mute me as i broke 0 rules (and no im not bitching,i really didnt break any rules),after that he went silent and ignored my messages.

Instead of bumping it, you could just PM Pulse, and ask him to add those ideas to the Community Ideas Wishlist (http://atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=8034). This way you wouldn't have to keep bringing up certain ideas (as instead, it would be tacked permanently to that post)

As for off-topic, I can only say it's not even worth the time bumping posts... Once an off-topic post has worked its way under a pile of others, it's best to stay there (as obviously everyone is done posting there)
