Capture enemy capital...?

Hey all.

I have a small question. The Scenario I am playing (Great War 3.7) divides players into two teams (Allies and Central Powers), but the victory condition is set to "capture enemy capital and hold for three turns". For your team to win, must this be done to all enemy nations or just one?

Kill one by one of enemy team by capturing his cap and holding it for 3 turns.

Players are eliminated one by one until all players from one team are defeated. So it must be done to all enemy nations. Who ever remains on the winning team when the last opponent is eliminated divides the Sp.
