SP bugs

Hello,
My SP are blocked to 14.000 by several days, but I'm playing more than one game, and I'm winning cities every turn in these games.
How is it possible that SP don't go on?

Did you finish any of these games? As far as I know, your total SP (not your in-game SP) is only adjusted once the games terminate.

No, I've not finished them yet. But in other days I remember that SP updated on real time.
Is it possibile that, seen my rank, the System wants that I use my SP before than give me other ones?

Talk to SP Police. I recommend Death1812 Very helpful

I've finished several games in the meanwhile and I took SP but I think that it is not working properly yet.

In fact, I took only the number of SP that I can see in game, in the section "players>SP pool>Your SP if you win/surrend"
I don't take also SP that I see in the section "players>players" (section in which you can declare war or ask for alliance to other players).

Is it correct?
