Mods have to make hierarchy

Disagree to much power in one person's hands is a bad thing. Rather there should be a mod appeal forum where the admin can review cases or a body should be made to spacifically review mod cases, just like the map appeal forum.

How about instead of a head mod they have like a representative instead, one who'll present any issues or whatnot with other mods and acts like a reference between mods/admins and mods/players. You can take up issues with that mod, and he'll bring up issues in mod forum for mods/admins to discuss that way everyone has one person to always refer back to. Now that person obviously would be overwhelmed with issues so that'd make it harder for them to deal with many issues at once but at least you'd have a reference point

as you might know mods get demoted every now and then
good mods stay, so the oldest mod is probably the best, atleast in the eyes of the mod team and admins, thus he should have more power.
id say admins pick the mods invidually.

Like Lemonade said these are things we are discussing right now. We've discussed the idea of appointing "lead moderators" or something along those lines, but no decisions have been reached. I'll be happy to keep your suggestion in mind.

That said I understand we already have an appeals process in place. If a mod really has treated you unfairly (and not just that you don't like his/her decision), you can report it and have other mod(s) review.
