His "peacekeepers" will be there for the next five years. I highly doubt it will work, they'll start fighting again eventually.

Just a big fuck up deal like the last one.

People said in the 90s that the war is over. It was just paused and then went on for 6 weeks in 2020 and killed over 2,000 people.

This was a strange move by putin, letting Az win and sending "peacekeepers" in for the next five years. It won't stop the war, it will just pause it Once more. Armenians are already angry at their government and are protesting atm, if it gets worse or possible unrest............ No wonder it was signed and encouraged by putin and Turkey.
