[DENIED]Unban from Rhaegar's maps

Reason for the ban: Breaking the scenario rules, allying with a county I wasn't allowed to.

Reason for the appeal: In the rules, it clearly says that a valid ban reason is: "Started as country X and allied country Y when the rules stated they cannot ally, 2nd time". I didn't know that I wasn't allowed to ally with that county since the rules weren't displayed anywhere on the map. It also says that you can only ban if it has been done twice.

Sent a message to Rhaegar to look at this.
