I need help on my game

So i kinda suck at afterwind. My strategies never follow through the way that i hope. What are some tips that i should first do in the game? Go for a ton of countries? Build up my capital? What works for you the best? Please respond! It would mean alot! Thanks!

Try to expand as much as you can early game, always taking care of nearby enemies, ofc;

Build a wall around your capital in the very first turn and do it with every single important city aswell;

I know it sounds obvious, but defend with defensive units and attack with offensive units. Don't try to use tanks to defend your capital, instead save them for a counter attack to retake it if necessary.

There are many small tips I could give you anyway, but the best one is to watch how higher ranks play and try to play in a similar way.

When the game starts, don't keep any unit at your cap, try to expand fast; use your starting infantries too. Don't forget to make a ''triangle wall'' using units.

Don't use Tank General so much, try to use Perfect Defence it's a really good strategy. If you're active you'll learn fast.
