Tbed by neutrals

So, this is a screenshot from a Destoria game I was playing. Basically I capped someone, and they ragequit, doing no moves. 1st move i sent 14 inf ang gen to a city. around 5th move i moved 3 mili to kill a neutral wf unit (he hadnt left by this point). When moves go through, somehow my stack tbed by neutrals

Never had this happen before, Purple did not tb, he just took my city the stack was supposed to defend

Neutrals OP plz nerf

I think this must have to do with the bug when you attack a wall and units go for a walk.
