Moves aren't saved to the next round

Sometimes in game happens that the moves are not saved to the next round. Here's an example:
_ if I upgrade a city that was once 20 units to 30 units in the round after I am again with 20 units and the money spent to increase the units return;
_ If you attack a city to the next round I find myself exactly in the same situation that I had before attacking with troops deployed in the same spot where they were positioned before and without finding the battle (just as if I had never attached)

Maybe you made the moves after you clicked "end turn", but you didn't click "save" after making them?

No i made the moves before "end turn".. no, i made the moves before "end turn".. However today i downloaded the client and at the moment it didn't happen.. Maybe a browser problem?
